To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 3 days of the
original received date in our contact us form.
2. Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#:
Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being
exchanged, reason for exchange, purchased date, your name, daytime
telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all clothing and accessory is in the original packaging
and that all components and accessories are included. Even though its
in the original package, the poor packaged product WILL NOT BE
EXCHANGED TO NEW PRODUCT OR WILL BE ASKED TO PAY FOR CLEANING FEE.
4. For your protection, please use a "traceable" shipping method.

5. Ship the merchandise within 5 days of issuance of the RA#. Print
the RA# clearly on the outside of envelop/package. ENVELOP/PACKAGES
WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
6. EXCHANGED PRODUCTS WILL BE SENT TO BUYER BY BUYERS OWN EXPENSE.
Buyers can send the Pre-Paid envelop or $4 USD with money order or
through paypal: sales@petsurge.net. However not meeting these
requirements can result on delayed shipment to buyer.
7. Exchanged product will be shipped to buyer within 3 to 7 business days.
